Products & Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, and prices are accurate.

Product availability may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices and product information may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

SoleHouse reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where there is an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or the requested product is unavailable.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Delivery

SoleHouse delivers across South Africa using Aramex.

Delivery is free on all orders and generally takes 3–5 working days after processing and dispatch.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be processed for dispatch that day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
