Delivery Areas

SoleHouse delivers across South Africa using Aramex courier services.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery address, courier operations, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is free on all orders.

There are no standard delivery charges added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be processed for dispatch that day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to Aramex for delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. SoleHouse cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist with the delivery status and follow up with the courier where necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact SoleHouse as soon as possible so that we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
